• With panel edge pre-heating unit.
• Gluing system 1:EVA glue fast melting + upper glue pot gluing system, reserved PUR glue port.
• Gluing system 2: down EVA gluing system.
• l Two sets of servo controlled tape feeding system. It reduces time of changing tape to improve efficiency. The feeding is precise. Every cutting can save around 15mm tape.
• Five wheel pressing. 5 iron wheels+ glue scraper device for wheel. It can improve the adhesion and remove glue on wheels.
• l Harden gear conveyor reducer is strong and powerful.
• Two sets of pneumatic avoidance scraping.
